Many potential buyers. Currently, the rumors talk about a potential merger between AEW and WWE with Warner Bros. also involved.
I'd be a bit surprised to see AEW buying WWE. Most of Shahid Khan's networth would then be tied up between the Jags, AEW/WWE, and Fulham. I think the most likely buyers are someone with an inhouse streaming service such as Disney, Warner Bros Discovery, Comcast, National Amusements/Paramount Global, or even Amazon (although they don't have cable channel's whereas the other options do). As of right now, Comcast is the betting favorite at -140, which makes sense as they have long been major partners with the WWE.
