I also hope Russia will regret not sucking in their pride and taking our Nikita Scherbak to improve their top 6-9. In a humble way...I really hope Canada gives it to them!!

(even though I thought his glove side looked suspect in round robin...looked like he was trying to get used to a new glove for the tournament, or was it something else...?,etc).

I thought when Comrie got the USA game the coaching staff already made up their mind as to who would be in Finals if they made it there...Comrie. But, Fucale was awesome VS Slovakia, so...here he is again!

It won't be easy, but they'll do it. Fucale was really amazing in the first period against Slovakia. They could have scored a couple of goals there.

Fucale made at least 3-4 great saves. He was very sharp VS Slovakia.

Same here. I don't understand why in the hell they won't just take all the best guys and load 4 lines with talent, skill, speed and all. The other teams won't be able to follow = win.

I always have that feeling that the guys at HC just try to build a playoffs team when it's an elimination tourney.

Still, the selection wasn't that bad this year and it shows.

But no, I'm not rooting for Russia.
