If not, then Ho-Sang, but I doubt he gets last the Flyers.

Eh, that might not be the case with Ho-Sang if this quote from the main board is accurate:

A non-Flyers source told me Philly is one of the teams that will not draft Josh Ho-Sang no matter what -- even if he slides all the way down to them with the 48th overall pick in the second round. There are rumors that he might have talked himself right out of round one and actually might slide quite a ways down unless some team views the offensive upside outweighing all the risks.

I'll take Kirk's advice and guess Sanheim or Scherbak. Put as always optimistic one of the consensus top players falls a bit.

I also think the Bruins make a trade (smaller) to acquire a pick or two, similar to the Beniot Pouliot deal two years ago.

i don't think kempe falls into the 20's, but that'd be great.

Kempe, but I'd be equally happy with Vrana.

Both are projected anywhere from 18-28. Hopefully one will still be there,

Vrana would be my first pick. I like Ho-Sang and his upside, and with the team that the Bruins have, his attitude problems could be corrected.

I agree about Ho-Sang. They key is to give him time to develop. Let him spend two years in juniors and take on a leadership role, let him develop in Providence for two years and earn the right to play in the NHL. Four years from now we had a star right winger.

Ho-Sang would be an entertaining pick because in 2 years the media will run him out of town after praising his skill.

Roland McKeown is my pick though

Being realistic and respective of who I think will be available, I'd love for the Bruins to take Anton Karlsson.

For what it's worth, this is my mock with some bold predictions on who gets pick (without trades):

3. Edmonton Oilers: Leon Draisaitl
4. Calgary Flames: Michael Dal Colle
5. New York Islanders: Sonny Milano
6. Vancouver Canucks: Nick Ritchie
7. Carolina Hurricanes: Haydn Fleury
8. Toronto Maple Leafs: Sam Bennett

If we take Karlsson with Tuch and Scherbak on the board, I'll probably be down a television tonight.

Travis Sanhiem. ..... You can't have enough top end DEFENSEMAN IN YOUR SYSTEM.

– After his play for Team Canada at the U18 WJC in Finland for Team Canada, Sanhiem will be getting serious consideration for round one. Afterall, all he did was: Lead Team Canada in plus/minus with a +5 in seven games.Tied for the team lead in points (6) with his Calgary Hitman teammate, Jake Virtanen.Get named by opposing coaches as one of Canada’s three best players (the others were Haydn Fleury and Mason MacDonald).Demonstrate a high if not elite level of vision and creativity.Show he was a player to be counted upon when the game was on the line. These last two things will be talked about a lot by scouts, a lot.
