So weird to me whenever I think about people considering themselves to be such hockey fans that they will seek out and participate in a message board style discussion in 2021... but seemingly don't actually like hockey. I'd expect casual facebook/twitter/reddit fans to not be interested, but HF?
I mean, we watch junior teams play, Euro leagues, SPHL level, NCAA, etc. But wouldn't watch the Olympics just because NHL players aren't in them? I will watch when the local college club team plays, you bet i'm going to watch Olympic hockey regardless of who is on the roster. Hockey is a wonderful game at all levels, if you need NHL players on the ice to enjoy hockey, well...
