Hm Forsberg had 20 points in 5 games vs the top teams. 4 ppg, when at least the European countries had access to all their top talents at 19 yo. Hm “skewed”? “Weak” competition?

He put up 10 points in 1 game against Japan. Austria isn’t that level of bad this year.

They’re almost that level of bad and Forsberg was certainly that level of good, but never mind. Name another player who have scored 20 points vs the top 5 nations at the WJC?

No idea. I’m assuming it’s a pretty short list. Bedard is nasty. I totally expect him to be a top 5 or higher player in the league as his floor.
