Looking to host a mock draft of my own. Please read the rules prior to signing up.

Rules

Drafting:
The draft order will be the current order with the spots 26, 27, 28 & 29 being determined based on total season points, so Rangers, Kings, Canadiens, Blackhawks respectively.

Signings:
You may sign any player you currently have the rights to or trade for. This includes RFA's and UFA's, July 1st has not arrived yet so you may not sign another teams UFA.

Trading:
You may trade players, player rights, draft picks for this year, next year or 2016, if you feel so inclined, or even a bag of pucks. However, any player with a NMC/NTC MUST be voted on, and receive a yes from the majority of votes cast to pass. This means there's no set number of no votes required for a veto, if only 5 people vote then only 3 No's can sink your trade. GM's involved in the trade can not vote but can lobby, a decision will be made 8 hours after the trade is posted. If there is a tie, I will decide myself (ie I will only vote if it is tied). Please try and PM me all trades so I can keep track.

Cap Limit:
Stay under the cap limit as per Capgeek, I believe it's $71M. Any team with a cap penalty will be waived of said penalty.

Timing:
Like the time frame for voting, you have 8 hours after the person prior to you makes their selection. This should give people who work or go to school without internet access a fair amount of time to make their selection. The times for the clock to run are between 8am and 8pm Mountain Time but draft picks may be made outside of these times. IE if the 9th selection is made at 7:45pm, the 10th selection must be made by 3:45pm the next day or the best player available on the Central Scoutings list of North American Skaters will be selected for you. If you miss two consecutive picks your team will be auto picked. If a trade is involving the next draft pick is made the clock resets once it is confirmed. IE if the 7th pick is made at 8:01 am and a trade for the 8th pick is made involving a player with a NMC and it passes the vote, the trade is official at 4:01pm and the 8th selection must be made by 12:01pm the next day.

Central Scoutings Ranking of N.A. players.
http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=712854

Quitting:
There will be no quitting. Seriously though, don't sign up if you think you'll quit when a trade gets veto'd or something of the such. This makes thing complicated and confusing and drains the fun of it. If someone does happen to quit there team will be auto picked. If someone steps forward and would like to assume control of the team they must accept all prior trades, signings and draft picks of the former GM. If the replacement GM is a current GM of another team then all trades between said teams must be voted on. Also if you are already taking part in multiple other drafts and are at risk of not having time for all of them, don't join this one, leave the spot for someone else.

I will kick off the draft once I have 30 GMs.

I also am claiming the :edmonton for myself.

Best of Luck

I think you should wait for some mocks to finish before we start another

thought about it, but the other one was getting frustrating thought I'd see what I get for people and if it fills up I'll go with it. I know I waited around for a while trying to find one, figured others probably had too.

On that note, if you're already in 3 other mock drafts, maybe you shouldn't join this one. You don't have to but I'll be pretty frustrated if people drop out because they are to busy taking part in multiple other drafts. Don't take the team/spot from someone else if you don't have the time for it.

clearly I had missed adding you, I appologies for that but thanks for not risking delaying it.

I don't know enough info on round 4+ to be in more than one draft. I need time to research for one draft nevermind two. lol
