If someone traded a 5th round pick for a 1st round pick, you'd say it's a good trade for the team getting the first right? If the player picked 5th ends up better, does that make the trade bad for the team that gave up the 5th?

2007 NBA finals. Aside from LBJ the only good player on his cavs really was ilgauskas. No one other than Lebron was a consistent all star.
