Normally I'd be fine with either NFC team but I can't stand Carolina. They are cocky and it all starts with that **** head at QB who has been like that since his Florida days.

He thought he should have been the starter(this was in the Tebow era mind you)and then his ass got busted for stealing laptops and I believe he got kicked out of school or it was a mutual decision to leave. Then goes to Auburn and the whole pay for play crap.

Yea, it snot a big story but it should be. Not sure why he would commit to Florida knowing they have the best QB in college, and then get mad when they wont start him.

Patriots & Cardinals

That was my SB pick in week 5.
Patriots are one of the teams I root for, I like to see them prove haters wrong, but I think I'd like to see Palmer and Fitzgerald win more.
So I'll decide when/if that matchup happens

Well I just jumped on the LA Rams bandwagon, but if we're talking about playoffs then I have to go with the Pats. Brady is my favorite player of all time.

And Newton had a pretty fantastic college career in his own right. Do you think Tebow is or was the objectively better player?

At the time yes. I still think he's the slightly better player in college. He could do it all and he did win 2 titles. He did have a small role in the first one. He also had an undefeated SEC season. Granted the East division isn't the stronger of the two.

No team's bandwagon, but I'll pull for Fitz all the way. I've always liked him and his play this year has been nothing short of heroic.

Not talking about his accomplishments, I mean as an athlete.

Cam Newton spent his days doing the same drills, performing the same tasks as Tebow. He didn't get a chance to be the guy leading the team on the field, but he certainly knew who could run faster, throw farther, break more tackles. Given what we know about them as athletes, I don't find it far-fetched that Newton would see himself as the superior performer and deserving of a chance at the starter's role.
