I would have drafted Caufield as well, but you really can't go wrong with him, Newhook or Krebs.
Raphael Lavoie was ranked 19th so the Habs could have nabbed him.
You can only do 15 for now...15. Cole Caufield
46. Kaedan Korczak
50. Samuel Bolduc
77. Pavel Dorofeyev
You must be pretty happy rnas long as Montreal is able to snag Struble, i'm the happiest man in the world!
I put up our proper picks in op since we made several trades.15. Caufield
46. Kolyachonok
50. Henriksson
77. Kokkonen
108. Tieksola
131. Kallionkelli
136. Mutala
138. Murray
170. Romano
206. Parssinen
Alex Newhook personally but I was debating hard between him and Caufield
46. Vladislav Kolyachonok15. Newhook (but pretty much coin flip with Caufield)
Probably the first time this year that I agree with you. I would have made those exact picks except for Pitlick who I still think is great value.Just for accountability, my picks wouldve been
15: Alex Newhook
46: Pavel Dorofeyev
50: Vladislav Kolyonochok
77: Michael Teply
131: Rhett Pitlick
I hope I'm wrong and that they got it right but my draft would have been.
15: Claueild (although with Krebs and Newhook I might of tried to trade down 2 spots to add a extra pick)
46: Kolyachonok
64: Grewe
77: Dorofeyev
126: Struble / Pitlick if Struble is gone
131: Blaisdell
138: Hlavaj/ although they most of seen Nissen Dichow So I think we can trust them
170: Khisamutdinov (it nice to lock up if he might be a futur highly sought after UFA in the KHL )
201: Harvey-Pinard (guess they wanted to roll the dice with out having to sign him right away )
206 : Ruscheinski
There is a few player that when undrafted like Muzik or Zaitev that I probably would have pick before Ruscheinski or Harvey-Pinard... but that far in the draft it most likely a none issue
