Post below who YOU would have drafted for the Habs in this draft. Wait until our pick is up, and select the available player that you would have drafted. You can only pick in real time, you cannot make your picks using the end result. Fun way to look back to see how you compare to the pros. 15. Caufield
*would not have traded down, but whatever, I'll do it with the picks they ended up having*
46. Kolyachonok
64. Dorofeyev
77. Still Dorofeyev, but in this hypothetical I suppose Kokkonen (would have liked Misyul then Dorofeyev here but I wouldn't have risked it)
126. Aaltonen
131. Kallionkieli
138. Newkirk
170. Brinkman
201. Wolf

Wish I would have seen this thread beforehand, but I posted in the live draft thread that I wanted Caufield with the pick.
It's basically who you would have drafted instead of the Habs for all their picks without using hindsight. So if the guy you want in the 3rd gets drafted in the 7th, you should say that you wanted him in the 3rd instead of the 7th.

Ahhh I see what you mean. If I knew enough about this years draft, I'd definetly give it a shot. I wouldnt even know where to start after round 2 lol

15. Cole Caufield (I had a great feeling about Harley, but when Caufield, Krebs and Newhook were on the board, you have to pick one of them!)

15.) Caufield
46.) Dorofeyev
64.) Zac Jones
77.) Ilya Nikolayev
126.) Harrison Blaisdell
131.) Rhett Pitlick
138.) Josh Nodler
170.) Xavier Simoneau
201.) Kalle Loponen
206.) Massimo Rizzo

I don't care about putting Dorofeyev 77th to ''maximize value in hindsight'' he was the best player available well before our 46th pick. Losing out on Zac Jones hurts. Ilya Nikolayev I had as a late first, and ahead of Cajkovic, both of whom we passed on. Pitlick is good value in the 5th.
