It's close overall but Malkin's peak is better and he has the extra art ross and two more hart finalist finishes. Better peak is the differentiator.
Kane’s best season is similar to Crosby’s best
ThisMalkin if both retired today. If Kane plays at this level for about 5 years, it's him.
I took the stats from elite prospects, but from the Russian (all) lines... Not sure what else that included on top of WC and Olympic.
Kane pretty easy.
Malkin. But Kane could surpass him by the end of both of their careers.
Ultimately, both will probably make the Hall of Fame.
lol... probably? They're both locks.
And Malkin was dominating from 20 years old. It took Kane 8 years for a superstar 100 point season. Six of those seasons were below ppg. Malkin only ever had one below ppg. He had like 80 some points in there once. One bad year from a 34 year old Malkin ain’t changing that.Kane is still dominating, while Malkin is not.
Kane.
I dont want this to be a "what have you done for me lately".... Simply, who will have the greater/best career?
MALKIN
