Who Is Your Playoff Bandwagon Team?

Detroit in the East and Nashville in the West.

Rangers because of where I am. But I'll be rooting for a deep run from them or the iLandors.

It'd be cool to see a team like Calgary make a run. Nashville too.

Here's how I approach every playoff. I root for my favorite team as long as they are playing. Then I move on to my next favorite team that is in the playoffs.

In order:

Buffalo
Montreal
Ottawa
Tampa Bay
Vancouver

After that - I have favorites that I don't follow as actively so I'll pick one of Chicago, Minnesota, Detroit several others.

Teams I won't ever root for - Boston, Rangers, Kings, Ducks, Philadelphia, Carolina, Florida, Dallas, Arizona

I just want some classic series, won't know my true bandwagon until the playoffs actually get going and the series heat up.

I would love to watch that series - two of the more established teams that have not won a cup.

Other eastern teams: I don't really have ill feelings towards Tampa or Detroit. I don't actually mind the islanders either, but due to the fact we own their 1st and especially because some of their fans have been insufferable this year, I hope they're swept in the first round.

Western teams: Winnepeg, Minnesota, and Calgary

West: Minni, Dallas, Vanc, LA - in that order….. presence of ex Sabres always interests me…

East: Detroit. Just a great, quality, consistent NHL franchise over the past 2 decades.
Tampa Bay. How can you not like Stamko's Hedman, Callahan, etc.?
