Playoffs is the time to get loud. Nothing wrong with watching a regular season game without yelling every minute for no reason.

If not up to the task he is more than welcome to join les habitants.
He might live in Montreal and/or be a Hab fan for all we know. I suspect we have one (while occupying an official title) or more Leaf fans posing as Senator fans in our midst too. I see a lot of references to GTA locations and landmarks in their posts that makes me think that. Also, some of what they say is typical of what a Leaf fan would say & their attitude towards Ottawa & its citizens.

I can only wish our fanbase the same kind of experience in the near future.

It won't happen. Why pretend otherwise?

This is a small government town spread out across a wide area.

We're thankful for the clean air, the infrastructure that isn't falling apart (but doesn't work), the roads that aren't under permanent construction, the terrible traffic, and the lack of language police, at the cost of a more vibrant population and fan experience.

2007 was a fun time for Ottawa. That's what we can hope for. Maybe with a more centrally located arena this time.

Montreal is pretty good for Canada, but nothing like this. 4 million people.

When will they have THAT kind of passion?

I'm sure it's keeping them up nights.
