I think a downtown arena will liven up the game experience. Greater density of young professionals in the downtown area who can afford to go to games & will party harder. Kanata is nice but it's a mom & dad, SUV, soccer practice vibe there.

Have you been to a game in the last year? I went to 7 or 8 games and the fans were not quiet, dunno what you're talking about.
