He likely read Doughty's comments on Subban, called Doughty to ask him what's up, and is now sulking at his lower salary.
burns and karlsson had one great year okay.
Roman Josi has passed them
I wasn't implying that he'd be the same guy as last year after surgery. I was saying more along the lines of what's happened in the last 7 gamesDo people even realize that after you get injured you have to heal and during that time you cannot practice or train to make yourself better? Just the opposite actually; you can't train so you'll be a bit worse. Why does everyone assume that after a player comes back from an injury, there's something wrong with him because he doesn't just start from where he left off? It's normal.
As ifburns and karlsson had one great year okay.
Roman Josi has passed them
Karlson has no points and is a -8 in his last 7 games (in which the Senators haven't won, and have only recorded one point). Is something wrong?

It's all part of the grand plan to get the next Karlsson to replace the current one.
What's going on with Erik Karlson?
Answer: Hockey players are not machines. They go through highs and lows.
This is his real level.
