Former LW, father time is pushing me back to D these days though and i am lovin it

Defense and only defense. I cant' play forward anymore because i have no idea where to go positionally because i'm too used to D. to the point where if i'm asked to fill in for another team 'if you need a dman, sure'.

I like being able to see the whole ice and being the first guy back to a dumped puck and have some skating room to use my wheels

Always been a RW with the odd game at C here and there, but playing C full time for the first time this year. I'm out there to put pucks in the net, love dangling off the rush or going wide to hit the winger on the cross-ice pass.

Left hand shot and love to play the RW so I can release the one timers and receive back door pass
As I’m getting older and slower I feel LD suits me as I can gather and collect the puck and skate and handle the puck more effectively from that side. Also passes are more crisp from that LD side

When I played, I was a wing that took faceoffs. I did play a few games here and there as a goalie in a rec league when no goalie would show up.

I quit entirely after my knee was repaired for the third time in 5 years.
