Isn't that top 6 too soft though?Hard to see that top six having success when there's the size and grit issue with that top 6.

If we managed to suck enough, again, to get McDavid. And neither Eberle nor Yakupov have been traded already, trade them. Even RNH would become expendable. Hell, even Hall.

I'd trade all the soft top 6 except for 2 if the return was adequate. I'd preferably keep Hall and Perron/Eberle.

It doesn't matter who the coach is,many of these players just don't have it and won't ever have it.

You need the right mix with your players to be a contender,and with this core,the players offer nothing but the same thing as a whole.

After all, look what Quebec did with Lindros. Got a kings ransom for him overall, including Forsberg. Depends on the offers though.
