Honestly, how has it come to this? Has an Original Six team ever been in worse shape than the Habs are currently? I really don't think so. Sure, some have had worse seasons, but the Habs situation and outlook is just bleak.

There are so many teams that would actually be super solid if they had reliable goaltending and Philly is one of them. Others I would put in that category:

- Carolina
- 2017/2018 Islanders
- Edmonton

We watched Wpg finally get NHL calibre goaltending and the difference in the team when they know their goalie can bail them out was a major reason how we were able to commit to the growing pains of implementing a more defensively sound system.
