This is my favorite regular season, non-meaningful Wild goal. It was a game winner in the OT of a Minnesota - Detroit game where the Wild had been outplayed most of the game. Koivu Kronwalls Kronwall, Setoguchi scores but the play is all Koivu.

Shawn Bates penalty shot goal against the leafs in the playoffs. For me it was the first time I was old enough to experience the isles in the playoffs and enjoy it. The team was buzzing and the fan base was rocking. The coliseum almost exploded when he scored.

2010 Round 1 Game 5
Hawks about to go down 3-2 to the Preds.
They're down 4-3 with :30 left and Hossa just took a boarding major. Preds have basically a 5-3 PP because Kane is cherry picking. But for some reason Erat centers the puck from behind the net, which the Hawks pick off and outlet to Kane, who scores off a rebound a few seconds later.

This goal embodied everything that Datsyuk/Zetterberg were. Datsyuk steals the puck from Bergeron, walks Chara, and makes an incredible pass to Zetterberg who scores from a freakin impossible angle.

Not only was the play great, but the call by Jack Edwards is a classic. "The puck seems to do magical things for these two guys - and after a while you discover it's not the puck, it's the guys."
