They're going to change the rule on this soon though. Assuming they don't get rid of kickoffs altogether. Any blocks or moves to the head are going to be illegal, and there really isn't a good reason why that kind of play is necessary.
I wouldn't fight that, and understand why. It just seemed on this play that the blocker didn't really go into the player all that hard, and it was Lockette's own momentum that contibuted most to the violence of the colision. I dunno, only saw a couple replays.
