Epic fail on the NFL's part keeping 49ers-Patriots at 4:25 instead of moving Steelers-Titans to that time slot. I would think showing a match-up of the last two undefeated teams in the AFC is more compelling than a .500 team against a sub-.500 team.

A truly riveting competition between two titans.

Maybe if you combined their rosters together you might have a shot at beating the actual Tennessee Titans?

Hmmm Presidential Shitshow Debate or TNF? This is honestly a tough one.

I don’t think flex scheduling starts until December, maybe there is a TV contractual reason? When they made this schedule, 49ers/Pats would have been an interesting matchup but Brady left and both teams are struggling hard. Meh, it happens.

Carson Wentz will almost assuredly be killed as soon as he leaves the Linc if the Eagles somehow lose tonight.

We've seen shitty divisions before but holy god damn this one takes the cake. At least teams like the 7-9 Seahawks and 7-8-1 Panthers looked like something resembling a pro football team at points. Can't say the same for any of the NFC East

49ers vs. Patriots is better ratings

I think the 49ers beating the Rams probably saved that game from being moved to 1 PM

That isn't how the flex process works, they would have to do it 12 days in advance of the game.

There’s an answer. So, the flex process is all season long but it has to be 12 days in advance? I thought it was just towards the end of the season.
There usually isn’t a reason to bother with it early in the season.

Covid changing everything, if it's true that SEA-ARI just got flexed for this Sunday.
Not really flexed, but with the LV Raiders having positive Covid tests coming back for their players, they don't want to risk having the SNF game postponed, thus they made the switch.

NFL wants to ensure that there is a SNF game.

They might as well just rename SNF the Seahawks or 49ers or Rams Sunday Night Football game at this point. This will be 6 of 7 SNF games involving 1 of those teams so far.
