BS penalties aside, the D has been f***ing outstanding. Collinsworth is minorly right about one thing, Bills have been daring Mahomes' to go over the middle but he missed the reason they can't work it: no clean pockets. D line ate the O-line alive all night

The unit as a whole was flying to the ball when they completed the underneath stuff, and Poyer and Hyde did a great job of not letting Hill get even with or behind them for those 50+ yard backbreaking plays

I am going to leave with this before crashing for the night as I should have already done…

Allen was 15-26 for 315 yards. That is 21 yards per completion and just over 12 yards per attempt.
Mahomes was 33-54 for 272. That is just over 8 yards per completion and just over 5 yards per attempt.

Chargers are scary. Probably the only AFC team who can score with BUF in a track meet game.
If they had a better secondary, I’d be more concerned. The bills are the most complete team in the NFL.

I was also encouraged by Allen’s ability to control his emotions today. He was calm the whole first half. He has never been able to do that.

Some questionable foot work and bad hero ball early and he quickly corrected it. He learns quick.

Going back to last season the Bills have won 10 out of their last 11 regular season games (since the Hail Murray).

They lost the season opener to Pittsburgh this year.

they won the other 10 by double digits.

Thank Jebus for that, I don’t need close games in my life

Since losing to the Chiefs 10/19/20, the Bills are 15-3 including playoffs (losses to ARI via Hail Mary, AFCCG to Chiefs, and PIT in 2021 opener). In those 15 wins, their avg. margin of victory is 18 points, and only two of those wins were by a FG.
