I think if Evans had a consistent QB or played for an org that seemed to have any kind of direction he would be among those top names. He's definitely got elite talent. Tampa is just a weird place to play. Probably hard to stay focused.

This is true. He was immature in college and probably could have used a vet like Colston to help him as a rookie.

Evans is great, but offers nothing in terms of YAC and loses focus if he isn't fed the ball.

Despite that, only a handful of WRs I'd take over him.
