They got a couple weeks to figure out what's up, but yeah. No decisive wins in a long while.
It seems unlikely at the moment that the SB is anything other than Seattle or NO vs Baltimore

After they about took it from them with that horrible personal foul that ended their last drive, I'll say they're even.Refs gave the 49ers the game by not calling an obvious penalty.

Seattle dinked them to death. They executed their gameplan well, which was take what the D gave them, which was nothing much beyond 5-7 yards. Would love to see Shanahan be more aggressive on offense if they meet up again since Seattle couldn't stop them over the last 45 minutes. The Niners D went from knowing Seattle's every move to being completely in the dark here.
Think it’s time to let that one goPayback for 2013 when SF was screwed out of home field when Ahmed Brooks' clean, game-ending strip sack on Brees was called a penalty.

This is the first time I can remember it being scheduled this way.Strange that both conferences are playing their games on the same day
Wonder if this is part of NBC’s make-good for not getting a week 17 game 2 years agoThis is the first time I can remember it being scheduled this way.
Wilson is such a smart decision maker.Seattle wasn't beating them on the ground, so no need for the safeties to step up.
Seattle's 1st half play calling was what fans feared without their RBs. Schottenheimmer would continue to pound the rock, rather than put the ball into Wilson's hands. Seattle, for some reason, needs to get some good positive run plays to get going. Not talking big 10 yard plus chunks, but solid 6/7 yard gains.Wilson is such a smart decision maker.

We had 0 repeat winners in the NFC East this decade ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That was something we saw a lot with Jim Harbaugh. After huge plays he couldn't get the next play in in time, regardless of if it was Smith or kap at qb. This play was different, though, since they spiked it and had time to regroup. I don't know if it took too long to get their personel out (iirc Lynch came out pretty late), but, yeah, inexcusable at that point. 1 momentary mental lapse was the difference last night.Seattle's 1st half play calling was what fans feared without their RBs. Can't start slow against good teams. Asking too much from D to hold in the 2nd half. Those 2 long scoring drives in the 3rd really helped the D and evened out the TOP for the game.
But, man. To not even be at the LOS when the play clock runs out is unforgiveable for a vet like Wilson and Carroll.
