I think in the event of a tie, it should be broken by whoever has the most/least flags.

with xmas being on sunday what does the nfl do? Move games to Saturday or just have em play on xmas?
They'll run the regular schedule on Christmas Eve, but wait for Christmas night to play SNF.
The cool thing I liked was the last time Christmas was on a Monday, where they moved SNF to Christmas night at 5pm (Eagles/Cowboys), and then MNF went off as normally scheduled at 8:30 (Jets/Dolphins).

Raiders basically have a franchise changing WR/QB/ defensive player. Basically all the basis are met to build a team. Made some great signings with Hudson. Gotta continue it now.
