Jeff Saturday needs a coach coach like Hackett. At least for him it makes sense.

Could the Packers ever get sold to a private individual? Small market, but massive following and history, so it would go for a lot.
Seems like they will be behind the other teams once Rodgers goes and if Love isn't the real deal at QB.

Then after a few shitty years they will have to draft a new franchise QB like any other franchise

The Packers had a lot of lean years between the Lombardi era and the Favre/Rodgers era, they will either find a new Qb quickly or suck for a while, like every other team that loses a HOF Qb without a good replacement

If they sold them to a private individual...in my opinion it could potentially jeopardize the future of the team in Green Bay.

1/4 of nfl teams at any time have an elite top tier QB. Currently you’d be looking at Mahomes, Jackson, Burrows, Allen, Herbert. Up to last season you still would put Rodgers and Brady in there.

And?

Is there a reason you reply to everything with a lecture? This was just a line or two but usually it is a short story that is not even a reply to what was said before. Like someone can say it is cold outside, and you will reply with multiple paragraphs explaining how weather works

Green bay will not be penalized by their unique ownership structure, they will be in the same boat that any other team that loses a HOF QB, maybe they try to fix it with a mid tier FA guy, maybe they tear it down to the studs and stink for a few years and draft a guy they think will be a franchise guy, maybe they get it right, maybe they don't, but the ownership won't make a difference.

And it is very unlikely to change, there are rules and bylaws in their setup as a non-profit organization that nobody can own more than 4% of the franchise, so in order to sell to a single guy they would need to basically rewrite the team's constitution, and I can't see that happening
