Sean Payton had this problem for the longest time. I think what he figured out is you have to just pick the best kicker you can and go with him, even if he misses a few. Swapping kickers every couple weeks isn't going to do you any good in terms of continuity.

There was the one year he kept 2 kickers on the 53.

Half the game is mental so most of the time you just have to hope he’s the right guy on the right day.
