Neither team has managed to string together back to back wins in this series, but given the shut out, and the WPG players reactions at the end of the game, gotta wonder if they aren't in their own heads now. Game 7 is gonna be crazy.

Just remember WPG, the eyes of all of Canada are upon you. On your back all the hopes and dreams of an entire nation rides. You carry with you centuries of tradition and history. Do you feel it? It's got to be stifling. It's got to be heavy.

Give the Preds a lot credit forcing game 7. They played a terrific road game. Totally bottled up the Jets on the PP last night. That was the difference.

Nashville was the better team last night no question. Strange series as home teams just stink when given an opportunity to gain momentum. Home ice disadvantage for Nashville now, lol.

I've said this several times this post-season:

LMAO @ Nashville

It's only fair...

LMAO @ Winnipeg

Game 6 at home, and they can't get it done. Unbelievable! Vegas, on the other hand, had absolutely no problem in game 6. Vegas thoroughly dominated San Jose in game 6, and that was a road game! Winnipeg can't even manage to get it done at home. Oh boy.

Sorry Jet's fans. I was hoping your team would have the privilege of being eliminated in round 3 by Vegas. It looks like Nashville is going to get that privilege, instead.
Yeah except this series has the two best teams in the league playing in it. Not San Jose.

Two best words in sports. Game seven.

See you in Nashville.

Somewhere nice
Lets do this

Back and forth
6-5 game.
Give it all you've got.

The winner takes it in double overtime.

Oh that's gonna hurt all summer..

Make this an Epic game 7 please.

This series is not over and game 7 is basically a sudden death 50/50 for both teams at this point.

If Nashville thinks the Jets are done because they lost game 6 then they are very foolish.

trolls talking about what's human now? Egads.

Poor jets fans that had to paint their faces Michael Myers-esque just to take an L.

They were out of the game after one minute in.

What a travesty that the 2 best teams in the league (IMO) have to play in the 2nd round.
That's the NHL for you. How many years have Pittsburgh and Washington fought it out in the second round so that only one of them could proceed? And now we have the 2017-18 best and second best going to a game 7 in, again, a second round series where home ice doesn't seem to matter. And the game may well go to O/T. And somehow, Winnipeg or Nashville playing Las Vegas for the conference title doesn't have as much pizzazz as one would hope for. In fact, looking at the combinations for the third round and finals, one certainly doesn't get that excited. Winner of Winnipeg/Nashville wins the cup, no question.

Look at it from the League's point of view. You can't get more pizzazz than Las Vegas. They're loving the fact that the newest team and the one with the best opening ceremonies is getting so much prime time.

As for the winner of this series getting past the Knights, I wouldn't be too sure of that.
