Gaudreau was absolutely pathetic the whole series. He whined to the refs after every shift, he was ****ing yelling at the refs in the handshake line.

It was the refs fault he missed on the penalty shot and the breakaway.

Well now that is the 1 seed in both the East and the West knocked out in the first round. I wonder when the last time that happened is?

I mean, the non-random part of this is that all these teams had goalies that really shit the bed here. If you look at the matchups where goaltending isn’t a one-sided travesty (eg. Tor v Bos, Stl v Winnipeg, Dallas v Nash) you can see a much more competitive series.
