He's always been like that.
No matter what the game is - he always feels good and didn't get the bounces. It works when you're a stud goalie - but the fanbase hates you when you're not.
LA has better finishers imo. Nashville got hot the last 2 month and Forsberg was a beast. Otherwise LA has more depth on paper. They just play their boring 1-3-1 which affect their offense. If they open up, they would score more than Nashville due to better forward depth

I think Ken Holland would have been (rightfully) run out of town if he brings in Blackwood as the savior. They would have needed to bring in someone more established.

its pretty insane how kopitar/doughty are still playing at such a high level after almost 16 years of playing together. can't think of a longer lasting core playing at a high level for this long since probably those old habs teams from the 40s-70s
aspirations of a cup, but getting handed in OT by teams like the Kings.
