actually I think Polak's quickness is very underrated. for a big bruiser he's moves real well imo.

but he's thick as a brick mentally as well as physically, unfortunately.

I'd considering calling him the "Ice Man" for how often he ices the puck

I've noticed that the forwards have been coming back with gusto to help out the D. Maybe this accounts for them looking better.
