Was the 2020 NHL draft lottery rigged?

I don't think it was rigged, but it used to be a Big 5 of auditing firms until one of them were uncovered enabling illegal activity. And these companies become successful because they follow the wishes of their clients.

Agreed.

I really don't think it's rigged but people are overstating the impartiality of the accounting firm.


As a Wings fan, I think it's a poorly constructed draft where the worst team has a 50% chance at the #4 spot. Made worse in this crazy year with playoff teams now getting a 12% chance at 1st overall if they lose in the qualifying round.

I think it's rigged for the Leafs to win. Then that franchise will actually start making some money.
