I'm quite a sucker for 80s/90s video game music, favourite composers would probably be Rob Hubbard and David Wise, but Nintendo also had some great Japanese composers.

But the Title – In-Game track from Hubbard's Spellbound (1985) and Wise's Aquatic Ambience (very cliche, yes) from Donkey Kong Country (1994) are some of my go-to tracks. I also like Wise's Wizards & Warriors music to Game Boy, and Hubbard's to Skate or Die!, and a bunch other random shit.
