I wouldn't truth be told. They are right where they should be. Neither one of those teams have a greater chance at winning the cup then the sens. If anything, they all should have the same odds.

They were talking about it at the last GM meeting. Not sure if it is official but word was to help balance the draft they are making the top 3 spots available for to all non play off teams.

I don't think that kicks in next year. I believe it will be for the 2016 draft if the changes are accepted.

You missed the fact that while the Sens' odds stayed the same, Dallas's rose to 20-1

And I'm glad to see that Vegas wasn't swayed by the shiny flicker of new Buffalo pieces. Losing Ehrhoff outweighed every move they made. And they knew it would when they bought him out.
