Well, I was hoping we were gonna take Keaton Ellerby, which ended up not a whole lot better than Hamill....Couture would've been awesome.

Fans/Mngt can say that about essentially every pick that didn`t work out as planned. How many teams have quietly kicked themselves not picking say, Looch or Marchand to use Bruins as an example??

We and other fans could sit all day and say coulda , shoulda and woulda with more than a few players picked by Mngt in the draft

maybe they don't win the stanley cup if couture is drafted over hamill. sounds crazy, but even the smallest change can completely disrupt the space/time continuum. it has to be true cuz doc brown said so.

Agreed, Hamill played hard and gave effort, just didn't work out here but hope the best for the guy and hope he can get a shot sticking in the league
