On one hand, Turcotte could be Larkin for Chicago. On the other hand I don’t like giving up those two D, think they’ll be a big part of our team long term

I doubt the Kings trade him, his value is at an all-time low due to injuries. Better off just practicing wait and see.

They would include him in a bigger deal, but they aren't going to trade him for 3rd round equivalents for example. Not saying he's worth more than that right now, it's just not worth it to do so.

What would the price even be for Turcotte? I'd love to take a flyer on him and bring him back home to the Hawks.
To trade Turcotte at this moment does not make sense for Kings.

He should come back from his lower body injury and continue to play the way he did in AHL this season.

After he will play in NHL more games his value will be much higher.

I would take it from Kings point of view, but why Canucks do it before Turcotte fully recovered and playing well?
I think Turcott has taken a couple of hits to the head in his early career. Massive red flag with injuries.
