reminder that Naslund played 11 seasons and won a Lindsay in Vancouver

Bure played 5.5 seasons.... his two 100 point seasons were in very high scoring seasons.

Surprised to see so many Bure over Naslund picks considering he played 300 less games for Vancouver, and put up about the same amount less points. I guess people nostalgic for how dynamic he was.

H. Sedin, D. Sedin, Naslund, Linden

Personally opted to separate the Sedins but if I were to include them as one entity then I’d add Luongo

As we come down to the last few teams- just wanted to thank @GFS for sticking with the Mount Rushmore idea, despite there being scares of it not continuing after a short break.

Thank you, I intended to finish this series. But I usually hold off on posting a new one whenever an old thread gets bumped because I didn't want too many Mount Rushmore threads spamming the first page of the Polls Forum.

Maybe Canucks fans feel differently, but Bure comes to mind much more quickly than Naslund when I think of that franchise.

so youre defining someones legacy based on 3 playoff games. Brilliant.

well, i mean if he’d actually done something there he would have a legacy right? (see @tarheelhockey ‘s post above)

or maybe if he didn’t go scoreless against LA’s backup with the hart/ross/rocket/division on the line a month earlier

k, well I think playing 11 seasons, 4 as one of the league's best players, is more of of an accomplishment than what Bure did in his 5.5 seasons in VAN.

Sedins
Bure
Naslund
Linden

HM for Luongo

Smyl seems like he should be up there, but I couldn't justify it.

If Sedins considered separately, Naslund would be out. Great player but Bure was better.
