Guessing on the lineup right now based on the last game / who is in and out of COVID protocol. If I’m not mistaken, Chiasson is the only player currently in protocol.

Gone are the days when any game in the Southeast Division is 'winnable'......long layoff probably makes for a ragged first period for the Canucks. They're going to be relying on Demko to keep them in these games early.

Although Florida might be the toughest stop in the league these days, the Canuck players will be so relieved to be back on the ice playing anybody, that they should have a lot of energy on this trip at least.

But looking at those Pacific Division standings this morning, Canucks have little choice but to keep on winning. They've lost a ground just while they were sitting idled.

Yeah, with Florida being as strong as they are and the long layoff, my hopes aren’t exactly high for this one - but hopefully the team has energy and keeps on streaking!

Some teams were making up games on them. So that’s bound to happen.

canucks are not in Ottawa’s situation of playing under 30 games to date. They were among the league leaders in games played prior to their first postponement.

Is Bobrovsky back to playing well now? I see he is sporting a .917 save percentage and seems to be their #1 again Could be due to playing on such a good team though.

The ever feared Hunt PoolMan pairing. Good luck getting past that dynamic duo Florida

really missed watching this team.

also the most interesting stretch of the season and we are going in dry. but they have to be motivated.

really like that jr is using this upcoming stretch to see if the previous run was smoke and mirrors. comparing yourself to a 17th place bar is clown shit. seeing how you fare against teams in the top 8 or so is how you should be gauging the go for it vs truly taking a step back.

will be really interesting to watch these games. can myers sustain his recent top pairing form? pearson’s speed being more apparent as an issue? poolman still shit? can we get 2019 Elias Pettersson instead of Emil Pettersson back? can the team win without Demko throwing up .950s? can the bottom six score more?

This road trip is water for my parched Canuck soul. Any win at all will be a bonus, considering the competition. JR did say that this road trip would give him a clearer picture of the team's strengths and weaknesses. Major audition here, especially for our young players.

Our best chance to get a win is against the Caps on Sunday, as the Caps will also be playing a back to back like us. Stay healthy and come out scoring, boyz! GO DEMKO ! GO BRUCE !

Basically have to score first. Panthers aren't a team you can comeback on after digging a hole early.
