Since the end of the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals there has been much debate as to HOW the Boston Bruins could of beaten the Vancouver Canucks. The President trophy winning Vancouver Canucks Dominated in almost all of the regular season stats, had a powerhouse of an offense combined with the Jennings Trophy combo of Roberto Luon8o & Cory Schneider.
Some seem to think it was the out of this world performance by Tim Thomas, the rock solid Defense that consisted of Zdeno Chara + Dennis Seidenberg, or perhaps the Coaching Dominance of Claude Julien. But in reality, the single biggest reason Vancouver couldn't overcome the Boston Bruins all came down to one fact.

If any of the images here that show injured apposing players offends any visitors from other boards, let it be known to the crew who was involved with the last bruins/canucks GDT. The explanation for images of Horton laid out was that they were relevant to this years GDT because of "history between the two teams"
