They are more mainstream foods. And pork I eat sporadically too.

Also we don't force feed chickens just to eat their liver.

Chickens may be force fed grains and steroids and antibiotics but we're using the whole bird (or technically if you want to get into details, the mostly used cuts such as breast, thigh, etc)
