The Oilers need another center. Might as well trade for Dunn also because Left D is desperately in need of a guy who can support the offense. Russell and Barrie are a horrendous mismatch and will never get anything done with a fourth line that can't make a single pass.

This roster has so many holes that any coaching decision will have the potential to absolutely collapse the team. He has no room for error because he's been given too many scrubs.

The coach can't play offence or defence, but at some point he needs to show his guys that he's trying his best to win as well. He didn't use either of his tools at his disposal today (coach's challenge, timeout) when there was good reason to (probable offside on the tying goal, McDavid just scored and needs to get back out ASAP). I honestly don't understand his mindset.

-The Bromance between Tippett and Khaira is getting old.

-On any given night, Kharia can give you something but he isn't a great hockey player and he's not going to get any better so why keep a plumber like this in the lineup when you know that guys like McLeod and Benson at least have potential upside?

-Our D just isn't good enough but 2 guys who have looked alright-- 4K and Lagesson aren't in the lineup. Why would you insert Jones and sit 4K? Was 4K nursing an injury tonight?

-Bear looked like he just came out of hibernation for the game.
