These guys have yet to play a full game, questionable decision at the end. Wrong personel out at the end. This game was lost at the start of the 3rd though.

This is where I point out that the Oilers are 3 - 5 on the season, but bar that one-in-a-million lucky comeback two nights ago are really 2 - 6.

There is no way this (decent) line-up with two mega-stars up front should be this bad.

Major leadership and/or coaching problems.

Ha.

Our bottom-6 and bottom-4 are absolute garbage.

Tippet sucks. But the roster also sucks.

This is what they are without all time special teams.

Team was bad, yeah, but I'll say this again: we had the LONG CHANGE in the final 1:30. It was IMPOSSIBLE for us to change the lines on the fly after getting the zone. So that was betting on either: (1) maybe this next-to-useless third line will somehow score in this situation, or (2) maybe the Jets' goalie will forget how to do his job and cover the puck after a muffin shot. Those were the possibilities. With a timeout. What the faaaaaaaaaaaack

It's like basic coaching 101. You take a time out if you have it and rest your top players if you are within striking distance. That said, we don't even get to that point without that awful collapse

Lets call a spade a spade. This is a bad team disguised by a McDrai.
Outside of those two, they are below average at every single position outside of possibly #1LW and #2RW.
All these years and they still can't put together a team of more than 3-4 good players.
