A temp until what? I don’t think the org is sure any of our RD prospects will be able to play int the top 4. We need a legit piece who can play for the next 5-7

A temp until better options are available. Doesn't need to be internal. Weegar and Dumba are both nearing the end of their contracts. By then there will probably be other guys squeezed out by cap issues too.

Yeh I don’t get the Formenton talk, makes zero sense to move him

Fastest player in the league, massive pk threat, and just put up almost 20 goals in his first full season. He’s part of the team

I think any player is subject to being traded if the price is right. With Formenton we have a player on the rise, fast, good Pk'er, who is at the least a VG 3rd liner and could become a VG second liner. Plus he is low cost at this time. Now is not the time to trade him UNLESS . . .
