Every player should be made available "under the right circumstances"

would love to see the faces of the players in the room, when they heard this deal

That's a good point.

Therrien loses credibility with his stupid frenglish sentences like 'grind da puck' (what the hell does that even mean) and 'puck at da net'.

Bergevin, on the other hand look to me like he was respected by the players. But if he starts making stupid moves like that...

Bergevin is too in love with Therrien. Guess who were the players MT didn't like? Tinordi and Chucky.

You don't sacrifice your whole future for a stupid coach.

No indication of us trading Galchenyuk. Us being open to dealing him is not news.

Do you trust Bergevin?

He seems to be of one mind with MT and the writing is on the wall with what MT thinsk of Galchenyuk.

The "off ice" thing is just another nail in his coffin.

Lol okay there Batman. It's a discussion, calm down.
Yes and that quote has been used in 3 threads now. Just today. 2 of which used it as proof that Chucky was on the block, and 1 that alluded to this fact in the thread title.
Just stop with that quote.
It is the definition of heresay from a friend.

Who in the hot sweet **** knows?

I'm scared to find out.

I've officially turned on Bergevin. The only good thing he's done with this team is not trade away a core he inherited. In four years all he's done of lasting significance is add Petry. Not only has he not retell improved his top three centers, he's failed to even add a single top 9 forward that has stuck. He and his management group are not only analytics averse, but openly shun them. He continues to employ a coach who can't improve a power play in a a nearly three season stretch despite multiple assistant coaches and outside consulting. A coach that plays a system that askes its talented puck moving defensemen to chip pucks off the glass to stationary wingers because it's the "safe play", only to have the Opponent carry the puck right back into the defensive zone (aka a giveaway).

What a catastrophe.
