Proposal: Trade Juuse Saros

I'd love Clarke, but he's like Nemec in NJ, doubt they move him for Saros. I think a top 10 pick is the best we can get for him tbh.

I’d be ok with that. Funny that we probably get more out of the Jeannot trade than Saros.

if they trade Saros, it should be for a player that can contribute now and get better over the next few years. It doesn’t need to be for a pick that may or may not contribute three to four years down the road. Forward or Defender, doesn’t matter just needs to upgrade one of the units considerably next year.

There are enough teams in need of a starting calibre goalie that getting a roster calibre player over a draft pick/or a recently drafted player is more ideal.

Any team looking to get Saros is going to be looking towards the playoffs so I think it's going to be real hard to get a decent roster player for him.

Askarov shows in the AHL Playoff what he really is, he isnt ready now, and I doubt he will ever be as good as Saros.
