That is a great deal for Diaz, I can't believe people are complaining. We have the best D depth in the NHL now.

He is, but if you think about it, they fill more or less the same role on a contender. Poacher/sniper. Vanek won't be asked to do anything more than Moulson would in Anaheim, he'll just do it slightly better.

what? that's super debatable. LA, Chicago, St Louis have us beat. Pittsburgh is probably up there in depth but we probably have the edge on them.
