I figured that'd be the Stars target. With that price I doubt they go after any significant forward worth more than a 3rd

Funny how quick the Stars always are to address defensive holes but have let scoring problems/massive holes up front hurt them for ages

The money doesn't make sense unless there is something to do that rumor NY wants Radulov. Even with Leddy at 50% retained and say Sekera going the other way as part of that trade, you can't afford Leddy.

You're still trying to open up $1.25 million in that scenario (50% Leddy + Sekera going the other way). If they don't take Sekera, you need to create $1.625 million in space.
