Toronto’s cap structure this year hasn’t changed much at all. So they’ll have to go right back to the well. Not surprising Simmonds and Spezza will be back. Unfortunate for Thornton that he threw away his legacy for an embarrassing last season where he got scapegoated by his “home” town.
