We have comparables to Sergachev and McDonagh. The difference is Hedman who has been the best defender in the league the past 5 years, which we don't have a comparable to (and really no one else does either).

Offense is close. I give TB the edge...and scoring is similar /w Tampa playing in a defensively better division.

Defense: TB is better at every pair.

Starting Goalie: TB
Backup Goalie: TB

X factors: TB is more physical and nasty and have more playoff experience.

Maybe Toronto has better coaching? The good news for Toronto is they're much younger so TB window will be closing and Toronto won't have to worry about TB at some point.

It'd be competitive. The Leafs are a good team but Tampa is on another level besides their offense. Relax, no one is saying Toronto is bad it's just my opinion (see lopsided poll as well...)
