I think there's a pretty good chance that Connor McDavid, from next season onward, will be what Crosby was early in his career. I'll be surprised if he doesn't win the Art Ross next season if he's healthy.

However, at this point, Crosby is a rather savvy player while still being a top player offensively and can't really be denied number one status when his team has gone to the SCF in two straight seasons.

It's not bad. Solid list.

Although I think Vlasic, Matthews & Eichel should be in top 50 and not HMs. + Matt Murray, Bobrovsky and OEL are too high, imo. Burns, Suter too low.

Umm, did you forget Laine or do you think he doesn't belong in that group? I mean, at least put him in HMs.

I wouldn't rank goalies with other players (it's hard to compare). Also: a player who scored 3 hat tricks in last season isn't even in the honorable mentions, yet MacKinnon is in your top 50? Him over Matthews is quite odd too.

You need to keep scouting bud. A 40 goal scoring, dominant two way power centerman is a top 10 player in the world easy.

Don't think MacKinnon is top 50 anymore

Eichel shouldn't be an HM. I personally think he's better than Nathan
